Noticed something cool in rpgmaker 2003, the wait 0.0 seconds is not in fact 0.0 because it still causes a wait, I added multiple of these in a row and it successfully shows the pictures in an animation at faster rates than 10fps, one 0.0 second seems to be above 30 fps
