There should be a FLEP coordinator at your installation’s OSJA (some Captain). Ask any JAG—they’ll help you get in contact. That POC should have some up to date stats on median GPA and LSAT score for you.

It all does depend on your school and Cadre. I'm in a local internship, so I just have to attend PT a few times a week and do class work on my own time remotely (just a few assignments here and there, whatever Cadre wants).
